We're looking for your best seminar ideas for the 64th Annual IHS Convention & Expo to help attendees reach their full potential and advance their businesses. Topics should be designed to engage and challenge hearing healthcare professionals of all experience levels. Help shape the educational program for the 2015 IHS Convention & Expo by submitting your proposal by Friday, January 30, 2015.
Please review the 2015 Speaker Information and Due Dates document before submitting a proposal for consideration. Selected presenters receive complimentary event registration. Travel expenses are not reimbursed. If your seminar proposal is accepted, you are expected to meet all posted dates and deadlines. We reserve the right to make adjustments to any seminar that does not meet deadlines.
Submit your proposal by Friday, January 30, 2015. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your submission. Please keep this confirmation in your files. You will be notified in early March 2015 on the status of your submission.
We receive many seminar proposals for the annual convention, so please understand that it is a difficult and highly selective process for our team of volunteers and staff to review and choose from among the many excellent submissions we receive. As such, quality rather than quantity is always best when submitting proposals. We much prefer to receive your best ideas rather than every idea you might have, so send us just the ones you think would make the strongest educational seminar.
General topic areas include: Clinical, Communications, Marketing, Practice Management and Technology.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon acceptance, IHS may modify the seminar title and description to fit our style and format guidelines for the purpose of the brochure, website, and onsite directory.
We suggest that you first develop your proposal in MS Word, then copy and paste the information into the appropriate sections in the online submission form. The online form does not have spell check, so editing your information first and then copying and pasting will ensure greater accuracy.
